Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop and implement individualized therapy strategies aimed at fostering mental and emotional health.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
