Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual clients.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, ensuring active engagement and support for clients navigating their mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, employing tools and techniques that foster positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide referrals when appropriate, including coordinating care with psychiatrists for medication management.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, and you will be expected to utilize culturally sensitive approaches to foster an inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
