Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the personalized goals of clients.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Document session notes meticulously in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.

• Support clients in establishing and maintaining effective coping strategies, monitoring progress and providing feedback to improve overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
