Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and your clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services in various formats, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular check-ins and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to clients' care.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards in the provision of mental health therapy, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

The Momentum Mental Health Clinic serves a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Our clients present a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health therapist, you will be instrumental in addressing these varied challenges and supporting clients in their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist specifying one of the following:\n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  \n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct therapy services to clients in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to engage empathetically with clients and their families.

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience with specific demographics or treatment modalities—such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based approaches—could enhance your candidacy. Experience in community health settings is especially valuable as we prioritize accessible care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
