Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, actively engaging clients through a range of discussions and therapeutic exercises.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory for this role.
