Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to create personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring comprehensive care and measurable progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapted to suit the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records and documentation, in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, to support clinical decision-making and improve client outcomes.

• Stay updated on advancements in the mental health field through professional development opportunities, attending workshops, and accessing research resources to enhance clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Our telehealth model allows for convenient access to mental health services, enabling us to reach clients who may have barriers to in-person visits, thereby broadening our impact and helping more individuals achieve emotional stability and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling services, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartland Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, alongside malpractice insurance. We also offer unlimited client referrals, as well as administrative support for billing and paperwork, allowing counselors to focus more on client care rather than administrative tasks.
