Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health needs—this includes active listening, formulating diagnostic impressions, and setting treatment goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.

• Provide couples and family therapy sessions focusing on improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving conflicts within family units.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to promote positive client outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being during critical moments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies while connecting them with additional resources, such as community support services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment strategies, progress notes, and outcome measures in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, supplemented by a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed rates and upfront payments—eliminating the waiting period for reimbursements. Additional financial incentives include potential bonuses based on performance.
