Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consisting of doctors, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress using our preferred digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
