Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments, functional evaluations, and establishing tailored therapeutic goals.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with primary care providers to identify mental health needs and coordinate effective treatments.

• Provide timely and appropriate mental health interventions during crises, ensuring that clients receive immediate support when necessary.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on real-time feedback and clinical best practices.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies in collaboration with clients, equipping them with tools to maintain their well-being.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to clinic protocols and compliance standards.

• Educate patients on self-management techniques and lifestyle modifications to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.

• Actively contribute insights for program development and outcome assessments to enhance service delivery within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a variety of clients, including children, adults, and families facing diverse emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient demographic is reflective of the greater Denver community, encompassing individuals with varying backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. Your role will be pivotal in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, amongst others.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is essential for this position.

• Strong foundational knowledge of DSM-IV diagnoses, mental health evaluation techniques, and treatment planning methodologies.

• Familiarity with psychotherapeutic strategies including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy and family therapy practices.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly desired, broadening our reach to multilingual clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation within a salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
