Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients via video conferencing, establishing rapport and trust while understanding their mental health status, personal history, and treatment goals.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, offering ongoing support, guidance, and problem-solving strategies designed to empower clients to overcome daily challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Nurture Mind and Soul will primarily involve engaging with clients facing a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, and eating disorders. Many of our clients come from varying backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
