Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies based on client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a diverse suite of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and continuity in treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients exhibiting various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling is required, preferably in a direct clinical setting.
