Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for individual clients.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, families, couples, and individuals in need.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying current with the latest research in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients have limited access to mental health resources, making your role critical in ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to enhance documentation and patient management.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication skills.
