Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing assessments of clients to tailor therapeutic interventions that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary teams, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of care and support.

• Create and manage a systematic schedule for appointments, including virtual sessions, ensuring adherence to session frequency and follow-up assessments.

• Plan and coordinate virtual home visits as necessary, adapting traditional practices to our telehealth model.

• Implement treatment plans effectively, regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting strategies when appropriate.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the collective understanding of clients’ progress and challenges.

• Document client progress meticulously in monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring data is available for review by stakeholders.

• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on best practices for client documentation and care implementation.

• Offer ongoing support through follow-up sessions and check-ins, positioning yourself as a reliable resource for clients.

• Collaborate with community resources and mental health organizations to enhance developmental programming and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including both children and adults, who present with various mental health needs. This role allows for specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse treatment, ensuring comprehensive service delivery tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
