Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Excela Behavioral Health, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure comprehensive care, including consultations with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and comply with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and attending team meetings to share insights and updates regarding client care.

Qualifications\n
