This remote role allows you the flexibility to work from home while still connecting with clients through telehealth sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant workshops and staying updated on advancements in mental health research.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to client care.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and best practice standards in mental health counseling.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to streamline documentation and communication processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms or in a remote counseling role.

• Proven teamwork skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We also offer:
