Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and evidence-based practices.

• Deliver engaging telehealth counseling sessions through online platforms, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy to address client concerns effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, and integrating feedback mechanisms to enhance care quality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals as needed, including psychiatrists or social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
