Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services that are evidence-based, using methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an open and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and client records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base spans various age groups and backgrounds, requiring a counselor who is adaptable and culturally competent to meet specific needs. You will also be expected to handle cases involving family dynamics, youth counseling, and adult mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, tailored to your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
