Work Environment\n

The LPC position is a remote role, enabling flexibility while maintaining high standards of client care. Although the majority of patient interactions will occur virtually through secure telehealth platforms, you may also have the opportunity to engage in occasional in-office sessions within our outpatient facility based in Austin. Our work hours are structured from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental and emotional states, using standardized tools and clinical interview techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
