Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ biopsychosocial status and develop individualized treatment plans that outline goals and interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapeutic sessions, adapting techniques to meet diverse client needs effectively.

• Work closely with a psychiatry team and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and participate in program planning.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with both organizational and regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing acute patient situations.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical or medical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
