Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial consultations to formulate tailored treatment plans that best meet clients’ needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to provide effective care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to track client progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops and staying updated with the latest mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Harmonius, you will serve a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be tailored to fit each client's unique circumstances, fostering trust and helping clients feel seen and heard throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, especially in a clinical or healthcare setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical practices, as well as legal regulations relevant to counseling in Texas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with a culturally diverse clientele.

• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow medical professionals to establish comprehensive care plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
