Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' psychological conditions and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing goals that focus on personal growth and recovery.

• Facilitate individual counseling, couple therapy, and group sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, self-care methods, and stress management skills, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment options are available.

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of sessions and client progress to ensure seamless care coordination and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
