Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring individualized therapy strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, groups, couples, and families, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and client privacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
