Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to encourage open communication and trust.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate treatment progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress comprehensively to maintain accurate and timely records that comply with industry standards.

• Perform detailed intake assessments to accurately determine client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic pathways.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, engaging clients in meaningful discussions and therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing their mental health.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to support professional development and assure that clinical practices align with best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on providing support and therapy to youth and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our client-focused approach ensures that care is personalized and responsive, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within clinical settings.

• At least one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
