Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still maintaining a close connection with our team and clients. Our practice operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring a steady stream of revenue for our clinicians. We emphasize a healthy work/life balance and provide the tools necessary for our counselors to thrive professionally and personally. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility for evening or weekend appointments as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Journey Counseling Hub, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an active caseload of clients, ensuring that you establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships rooted in professional ethics and respect.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, review therapeutic goals, and prepare for successful transitions or discharges when appropriate.

• Formulating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and aspirations.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and intake assessments.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and development.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Promoting a continuous growth mindset and a commitment to professional excellence in all aspects of your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Demonstrate at least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing various digital tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for efficient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
