This position is entirely remote, enabling counselors to provide essential services to clients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred spaces. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Provide counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for telehealth service delivery.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, with experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities and specialized knowledge in mental health interventions.

• Previous work in a telehealth setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
