Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Lead telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, effectively using technology to create a supportive virtual environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and cohesive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Impact Innovator Behavioral Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and experience.
