Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, determined by experience and caseload availability.
