This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured schedule while providing you with the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, allowing for accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

• Create tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support and resources in times of urgent need.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
