Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions both in individual and group settings, facilitating discussions that foster healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Create, maintain, and securely manage client intake records and treatment documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Your clients will include adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of five years of post-graduate experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, along with a track record of developing effective treatment plans.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience addressing co-occurring disorders, including mental health and substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A demonstrated ability to foster trust and rapport with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Additionally, successful candidates may receive a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
