Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual sessions to determine mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, drawing from evidence-based practices.

• Maintain regular communication with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments, ensuring ongoing support and adjustments to therapy as necessary.

• Facilitate the provision of therapeutic tools and resources aimed at helping clients manage symptoms and improve their coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate care when needed and facilitate referrals as appropriate.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult patient population facing various psychological challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering a therapeutic rapport that promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
