Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs through the use of evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological status and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients, maintaining open lines of communication with fellow professionals.

• Document treatment sessions and track client progress diligently within our clinical database, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and best practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on a diverse range of clients experiencing various psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Helpline Counseling Center takes pride in serving individuals from various backgrounds, providing support to both adult and adolescent populations. You will play a critical role in advocating for clients and empowering them to pursue healthier coping mechanisms and ultimately, recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is necessary.
