Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth.

• Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Providing support, guidance, and encouragement to clients as they work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse client base at Mountain View Counseling Services, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Counselors will focus on addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and relationship issues, equipping clients with the tools they need for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in accordance with Colorado state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and caseload availability.
