Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to establish individual therapy plans aimed at addressing unique personal challenges.

• Deliver therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Monitor progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for clients, utilizing a client-centered approach in every session.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan and continuity of care for all clients.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Advance Healing Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of issues including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Your role is critical in fostering healing and providing the necessary support to empower clients to navigate their challenges and improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is required.
