Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized therapy plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to promote healing and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your primary focus will be on individuals who may lack access to traditional mental health services, such as those from underserved or rural communities. Your contributions will be vital in helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
