Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, employing recognized diagnostic tools and techniques to identify emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges, goals, and backgrounds.

• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions using proven therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solutions-focused therapy.

• Educate clients about coping mechanisms, self-care techniques, and stress reduction strategies, empowering them to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain ongoing progress evaluations to adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each client is on a path to improved mental wellness.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Keep accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment progress, and other relevant documentation, in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
