Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their homes while providing telehealth services. You will engage with clients through video conferencing technology and utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain patient records efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic support to a diverse population, promoting mental wellness and constructive coping mechanisms.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share valuable insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve clients seeking therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.
