Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed to help clients share experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling, employing a client-focused approach that encourages exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized path toward recovery.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, regularly communicating and consulting on complex cases to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will be instrumental in aiding these individuals as they navigate the complexities of mental health challenges, supporting them on their journeys toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Required: A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid LPC license in the state of Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to serving our diverse client community.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with young adults in an outpatient setting, particularly in group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
