Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, interviews, and clinical evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to keep abreast of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and other psychosocial stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
