This full-time position allows for remote work while primarily serving our patients through our innovative community health clinic model. You will have the ability to conduct therapy sessions via telemedicine platforms, as well as in-person consultations depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions supported by evidence-based practices, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to empower clients to achieve their goals.

• Document client progress, manage treatment plans, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards within the behavioral health framework.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and contribute to the development of innovative service delivery models.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute psychological distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, offering specialized counseling that addresses complex situations such as trauma, family dynamics, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A strong ethical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, preferably working with families or couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 77,000 to 100,000 per year, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401k plan with company match; generous paid time off, paid parental leave, and holiday pay.
