Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address client concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with new research and therapeutic techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults suffering from various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000, which includes performance-based bonuses.
