Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and build community connection.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward recovery, empowering them to reclaim their lives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive and ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
