Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs effectively.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term counseling.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing interpersonal relationships and fostering resilience.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, sharing insights and resources to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Evolve Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who struggle with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, with a preferred background in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling and mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
