Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor client progress continually and adjust treatment plans dynamically to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and bipolar disorder. The diverse backgrounds of our clients require an understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from various walks of life. Tailoring therapies to fit these unique backgrounds is essential to our model of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.

• Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience, with a strong emphasis on work related to mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vista Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
