Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions tailored to clients’ individual needs, primarily utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, goals, and emotional challenges to personalize treatment plans.

• Facilitate a variety of mindfulness exercises, including guided meditations and breathing practices, within both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience to equip clients with practical tools for coping with life's challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and mindfulness strategies deployed to monitor progress and inform future sessions.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen your expertise and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Proficiency in mindfulness practices and therapeutic interventions, with a strong foundation in their application within a counseling context.
