Work Environment\n

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, leveraging your clinical expertise to adapt to a variety of circumstances.

• Creating and customizing treatment plans that address specific client needs, while routinely monitoring and adjusting therapy approaches based on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A relevant Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid California license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• At least two years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A foundational understanding of telehealth practices, with prior experience in remote counseling as a significant advantage.
