This role offers a remote work setting that prioritizes flexibility and autonomy in scheduling your availability. Though primarily an outpatient office model, our virtual environment ensures that you are supported by a robust Clinical Operations Team and a dedicated Care Coordination Team, allowing you to focus solely on delivering quality care. There’s no minimum requirement for hours, and you won't have to handle billing or administrative tasks, as our team manages these aspects, reducing your workload significantly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients seeking improved management of their alcohol consumption.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate successful outcomes.

• Encourage client participation in community recovery support systems like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Smart Recovery, reinforcing their complementary value to the therapeutic process.

• Lead therapeutic support groups, providing a space for shared experiences and collective healing, as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with our Content Manager to create engaging “Expert Insights” that contribute to our educational resources.

• Maintain ongoing professional development by obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs), with associated costs covered by the organization.

• Participate in optional monthly peer group meetings for professional support and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is competitive at approximately USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
