Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life setup. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured yet adaptable work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify the underlying causes of their mental health concerns.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions that align with each patient's therapeutic goals, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.

• Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and connect clients with additional resources as needed.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Beginnings Today, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a relevant field.

• Current and active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the mental health field, with a proven track record of delivering effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
