This is a full-time remote position focused on supporting clients primarily affected by mood disorders. Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements while still facilitating a strong connection with colleagues and clients. Although the primary work setting is virtual, our counselors occasionally collaborate in outpatient office settings to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. You will work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional rotations for evening and weekend shifts to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients toward improved mental health.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and empower them through effective self-care strategies.

Your expertise will directly support a diverse clientele grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is required, particularly in mood disorder treatment.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and its application within therapeutic settings is preferred.
