This is a full-time position that allows therapists to provide services through a telehealth platform, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for both staff and clients.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from a location that suits them best. The flexible telehealth setting facilitates effective communication and care delivery, while adhering to professional standards and legal guidelines. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored for mood disorders.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them towards understanding mood disorders and effective self-care methods.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, particularly regarding mood disorders, to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence.

• Advocate for clients, working to de-stigmatize mood disorders and emphasize the importance of mental health within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals struggling with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Clients may present with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, requiring you to utilize culturally competent and client-centered approaches for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• In-depth understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• A proven track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive at $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we offer:
