Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of symptoms experienced by clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and the importance of adherence to therapeutic regimes.

• Regularly monitor client progress and intervene as needed, making data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for candidates specializing in mood disorders.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacological treatments and a collaborative approach toward integrated clinical care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with opportunities for additional bonuses, including a sign-on bonus.
